Acceptance
By creating an account or using Fitted, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use Fitted.
What Fitted is
Fitted is an AI-assisted tool that helps you tailor resumes and generate related job-search documents. The output is AI-generated and should be reviewed and edited by you before use. We do not guarantee that any generated document will result in employment.
Your content
You own your resume data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use Fitted to create fraudulent documents, impersonate others, generate spam, or engage in any unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice.
Billing and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If we make a billing error, contact us and we will correct it promptly.
Free plan limits
Free accounts include 2 tailored resumes, forever. We reserve the right to adjust free-tier limits with reasonable notice.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. We may perform maintenance, update features, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.
AI-generated output
Content generated by Fitted is produced by large language models and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Always verify the accuracy of generated content before submitting it to employers. Fitted is not a licensed career counselor or recruiter.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitted and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you in any calendar month will not exceed the amount you paid us that month.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
